A: Yes the software can be wired to cut ignition or fuel to the bike and when it slows to less than 20KPH the bike will stop

A:None for access to the website, you'll have to provide a data only sim card which can be negotiated down with your provider None
Q: Who else can track my bike
A: Only those people you authorise and give your password
