EVAP system (Evaporation Emission Control System) usually works in low pressure from -3.5Kpa to 3.5Kpa (-0.5psi~0.5psi), and never over the 30Kpa (4.35psi). In the EAVAP system very small leaks even 0.01 inch will cause of Engine Check Light on. You must repair the leaks then the engine works well.
